Intel Shares Soar After Trump Says It Struck Apple Chip Deal

Intel Corp.’s stock surged more than 9% in premarket trading Thursday after US President Donald Trump said the chipmaker will work alongside Apple Inc. to design and produce semiconductors domestically.
