Stagent

Stagent is a plugin for Claude Code that turns open-ended AI coding sessions into structured, finishable workflows. It works by letting you define a workflow as a JSON contract. This contract specifies stages, gates, and required artifacts. Claude then executes this contract step-by-step, and Stagent ensures each stage completes properly before moving to the next. A live session page streams updates over SSE, so you can watch progress, see generated artifacts, and view code diffs without refreshing. Workflow state is stored server-side, meaning you can start a session on one machine and resume it on another with a simple command. You can also describe a new workflow template in natural language, and Stagent will scaffold the JSON and prompts for you, which can then be published and shared with others.
