Aushadh AI is a specialized software platform that automates the returns process in the pharmaceutical supply chain. The system then reads details like batch numbers, verifies them against a database, and determines if each item is sellable or expired. This data is compiled into a report and sent directly to a company's ERP system to issue credit notes, replacing a traditionally manual and error-prone task.

The tool works through a four-step physical and digital workflow. First, returned items are placed in the Aushadh AI scanner. The camera automatically captures an image, and the software uses computer vision to extract text like batch and expiry dates. It checks this information against internal records to validate the claim and assign a status. Once all items in a box are processed, the system generates a complete report and integrates it with the existing ERP, aiming for high accuracy and minimal manual intervention.
