Vibedock

Vibedock is a macOS menu bar application designed for developers who use Claude Code. Its primary function is to let you enable or disable Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers without manually editing configuration files. You can see all your servers organized by project and toggle them on or off with a single click. This immediate control helps manage the tools Claude has access to, such as databases or file systems. The app works by reading your existing Claude Desktop and Claude Code configuration files. It presents a list of your MCP servers in a simple popup menu from the top of your screen. When you change a server's status, Vibedock can automatically terminate and restart your active Claude Code session. This ensures the change is applied right away, and it relaunches the session in your preferred terminal emulator, like iTerm2 or Warp. A key benefit is reducing token usage. Each active MCP server adds to the context window of your AI requests. By turning off servers you aren't currently using, Vibedock can help lower the token count per message, which may lead to cost savings on your AI API bill.
