OrchestraML is a tool that automates the entire machine learning pipeline, from data to deployment. You start by describing what you want to predict or analyze in plain English—like 'predict customer churn from my CSV'—and the platform takes over. It can work with a dataset you upload or search for a suitable one. The system then runs through data profiling, cleaning, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation, packaging everything up into a ready-to-use model.

What makes OrchestraML stand out is its 'multi-agent' approach. Instead of one black-box process, eight specialized AI agents handle different stages, like the Dataset Agent for finding data or the Modeling Agent for running AutoML. Crucially, it's not fully autonomous; it pauses at six key checkpoints for your approval. You review the AI's decisions—like which features were dropped or which model was selected—before the pipeline continues. The final output is a comprehensive report with performance metrics, SHAP explainability charts, bias checks, and a downloadable package containing the model and all necessary code.
