What does Nalpeiron do?
Nalpeiron is an infrastructure platform for modern software monetization. It unifies licensing, entitlement management, usage tracking, and billing into one system. Instead of hard-coding pricing logic into your product, you drop in a small SDK and manage everything from a central dashboard. The platform works across SaaS, desktop applications, hardware devices, and air-gapped on-premise environments. Nalpeiron's core is split into three engines. The Licensing & Entitlements engine — called zentitle — decouples feature access from your code. You define permissions by calling the nalpeiron.check() function, and the platform handles the rest, whether you want subscriptions, perpetual licenses, or usage-based access. The Revenue Intelligence engine (zengain) collects real-time telemetry — what features customers use, how often, and in what context — and sends alerts for expansion signals or churn risks. The Monetization Engine (zenmeter) handles rating and billing for any consumption model, including AI token metering, credits, and hybrid seat-plus-usage plans. The whole stack is SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, and PCI DSS compliant, with a 99.9% uptime SLA.
