Tyme App

Tyme App is a time tracking application for macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and Apple Watch. It helps individuals and teams record working hours, manage projects, and generate timesheets. The app offers automatic clock-in via geofencing—just specify your workplace and the timer starts when you arrive. Reminders cover forgotten timers, upcoming deadlines, daily work limits, and break times. All recorded times sync across devices, and you can view them in your calendar app. Tyme exports timesheets as PDF, CSV, or JSON, compliant with Germany's Working Hours Act (ArbZG). It also imports data from other apps via CSV.

The interface shows unbooked times, running timers, project budgets, and deadlines at a glance. Running timers stay visible and can be started or stopped via global hotkeys or Siri Shortcuts without opening the app. Detailed statistics display personal or team workload, revenue, over‑/under‑times, and planned hours. Breaks are recorded automatically. For teams, Tyme distinguishes between admins and members. Admins assign projects, set budgets and hourly rates, and get a live overview of booked hours and remaining budgets. Members see their relevant projects and can add subtasks.

Tyme includes plugins for invoicing tools like Lexware Office, sevdesk, and GrandTotal, so you can create invoices directly from tracked time.
