What does Termi Protocol do?
Termi Protocol is a desktop app that turns your AI coding agents into 3D characters you can watch work. Instead of staring at a wall of scrolling terminal text, you see a little robot walk to a cabinet to read a file, sit at a desk to write code, and run commands in a real terminal — all in a 3D room. It works with Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, Copilot, Aider, and any other CLI-based coding agent you already use. You bring your own API keys and your own machine; Termi just adds a visual layer on top.
The app gives each agent its own desk and a Command Center panel with a real shell (xterm + PTY), a kanban task board, checkpoints that snapshot every change, live token and dollar cost tracking, and automatic project memory. You can pause, approve, or stop any step. If you step away, it pings you when the agent needs approval. Multiple agents can work on the same project without stepping on each other thanks to file locks. Close the app and your session — tasks, checkpoints, memory — is saved for next time.
Termi Protocol is built for developers who run AI coding agents and want more visibility and control. It's especially useful if you've had an agent make a bad edit or run a runaway command, or if you've lost context after closing a terminal. The game layer (XP, leagues, global leaderboard) adds a fun competitive angle for coders who want to see who ships fastest. It's a one-time $6.99 purchase with no subscription, and future chapters (new 3D cities) are included for life.
