ImgToSTL is an online tool that converts a 2D image — a photo, sketch, or concept art — into a solid, printable STL file for 3D printing. It is not a simple heightmap or extrusion tool; it uses AI reconstruction to estimate a fuller 3D shape from the image's subject, silhouette, contrast, and depth cues. You upload a JPG, PNG, JPEG, or WebP image (minimum 128x128 pixels, maximum 8MB), and within seconds you get a 3D mesh you can preview, rotate, and inspect before downloading.

The workflow is straightforward: upload an image, choose between single-image or multi-view mode, optionally toggle texture and PBR material maps for color and surface finish, then click Generate. The preview window lets you examine the model from all angles. If the result looks right, you export the STL file for slicing in tools like Cura, PrusaSlicer, or Bambu Studio.
