What does FluidDocs do?
FluidDocs is an interactive document tool that turns ordinary PDFs, decks, or notes into a live webpage with an AI assistant built in. Instead of reading a static file, the people you share it with can ask the document questions, generate a summary or an investment memo, and act on embedded calls-to-action like scheduling a call. For you, it tracks what happens after you hit publish: who opened it, what they asked, how far they scrolled, and whether they exported anything.
The workflow is simple. You build a doc from a template, upload a PDF or HTML, or prompt with AI, then publish to a single link. Readers can click "Ask AI" and get answers drawn from the file; in the demo, an Anthropic investor deck generates an Investment Memo in about 3 seconds. The analytics side shows per-page attention, drop-off, open alerts, and a full log of every question asked. It's all standard HTML under the hood, so you can export or take the doc elsewhere. The site says FluidDocs gets about 2x the engagement of a static PDF.
Best for founders, sales teams, and operators who share strategy memos, pitch decks, proposals, or meeting notes and want to know whether anyone actually read them. Also handy for investor updates, QBRs, job offers, and media kits. If the page examples are any guide, it replaces the "did they even open it?" gap with a clear picture of what readers care about.
