BlurData is a native macOS app that automatically detects and redacts personally identifiable information (PII) from PDFs, screenshots, and images. Drop in a file, and it finds emails, names, addresses, IPs, URLs, account numbers, license plates, and monetary values — then blurs or removes them permanently. No manual highlighting, no cloud upload, no fuss.

The app uses on-device detection with three layers: built-in PII types, community-contributed presets (like US W-2 forms or German payslips), and unlimited custom regex for anything else you consider confidential.
