ClinicFrame is an AI-powered virtual medical scribe that runs as a desktop app on macOS or Windows. It listens to patient visits — in person or via telehealth — and automatically generates a structured clinical note in real time. The tool is built to eliminate the hours physicians spend on documentation after hours, so they can focus on care.

The app runs quietly in the background, detecting when a meeting starts (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet) and offering to capture the conversation with one click. It uses ambient capture, so there's no dictation or bot on the call. Speech recognition achieves 96% accuracy across 15+ specialties. The note is generated in SOAP, DAP, BIRP, or custom templates and is ready seconds after the visit ends. A Quick Bar floats over any window to access notes, patient context, and AI features without disrupting workflow. Audio is processed in real time and not stored; final notes are encrypted under HIPAA, and a BAA is available on request.
