BeeHelp Assistant is an AI-powered customer-service chatbot that runs on your own FAQ list. Instead of trying to answer anything, it focuses on the questions you actually want to handle: product prices, shipping policies, opening hours, procedures. You add questions and answers to a dashboard, and visitors get replies automatically — 24/7, whether you're asleep, busy, or just tired of typing the same response over and over.

The tool uses OpenAI's GPT-3 and ChatGPT to do two different jobs. Classic answers use semantic search to match a visitor's question to the closest FAQ you have entered, then show that answer. Processed responses go further: ChatGPT takes the matched FAQ and writes a custom reply that fits the visitor's wording. That's a premium feature, priced at €0.01 per response. The free plan is genuinely free and includes up to 100 FAQs and 100 classic answers per day, which should be enough for small operations. There's no website required — BeeHelp Assistant gives you a hosted page where your chatbot lives, and you can embed the chat widget on an existing site if you want.
