Metrician

Metrician is a free Chrome extension that acts like a fuel gauge for your AI tools. It keeps an eye on your usage limits across ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, OpenCode Go, and Ollama, showing you how much allowance you have left and when it resets — all from a small floating widget that lives on your screen. No account is needed, and it reads usage data directly from the provider pages you're already signed into.

The extension displays each provider's allowance as a ring that fills up as you use it. Hover over a ring to see the reset time, your usage pace, and how fresh the reading is. You can drag the widget anywhere, resize it, and choose from 28 different skins — from an instrument cluster to an 8-bit classic look. Metrician also sends notifications when an allowance is about to reset or if you're burning through it unusually fast. All your data stays in your browser, and the extension doesn't collect telemetry.
