You can then review findings, tag teammates with @ comments, and ask natural-language questions about the contract or your whole portfolio — answers come with citations to specific clauses. When the other side returns a revised version, Clment shows you exactly what changed. The tool is built by Contract Eagle, is SOC 2 Type II certified, and stores data in your region with tenant isolation and no-retention AI endpoints.
