Tracelight PPT Add-in is an AI assistant that lives inside Microsoft PowerPoint. It builds presentations from your firm's own template playbook — layouts, master slides, components, fonts, and colors — so every deck comes out branded and consistent. The add-in also pulls context from SharePoint and Word, which means it can work with the latest documents and data instead of guessing. In the demo, a user asks it to update a board deck with the latest FY2026 model outputs, refresh the chart, and rewrite the key takeaway; the assistant does all three and reports exactly what changed.

Three things stand out. First, the chat panel: you type requests like "refresh this chart" or "rewrite this takeaway" and the add-in carries them out inside the slide. Second, the source trail: when it updates a figure, it links back to the source — in the demo, it shows "Source: FY2026 operating model" and confirms the source was verified. Third, the deck review mode scans the whole presentation for values that disagree between slides, broken formatting, and stray errors. The example catches FY24 revenue listed as $48.2M on one slide but $46.7M on slides 4 and 11, and shows the related slides for quick correction.
