Flins

Flins is a command-line interface tool that functions as a universal package manager for AI coding agents. It lets developers install, update, and manage 'skills'—which are essentially specialized knowledge packages or reference docs—for various AI-powered development tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, and many others. Instead of manually copying files between different agent directories, Flins handles this automatically through a single CLI.

The tool works by creating a central .agents/skills directory where all skills are stored, then using symlinks to connect these skills to each individual AI agent's expected folder structure. This means you update a skill once, and it syncs across all your connected tools. It supports installation from various sources including GitHub repositories, GitLab, Codeberg, and any git-hosted URL. A standout feature is its support for Cloudflare's Agent Skills Discovery RFC, allowing installation directly from domains that host a .well-known/skills endpoint.
