What does ARMO do?
ARMO is a security platform built for modern, cloud-native applications. It focuses on protecting applications from the cloud infrastructure all the way down to the code running inside containers. The tool's main job is to spot suspicious activity as it happens, prioritize real security risks from long lists of potential vulnerabilities, and check that your cloud setups follow security best practices and compliance rules. It also scans Kubernetes configurations, container images, and cloud infrastructure settings for misconfigurations. A key part of its foundation is Kubescape, a popular open-source Kubernetes security tool that is now a CNCF incubating project.
