Atto

Atto is a payment network built for tiny, frequent transfers. It works as digital cash for people and software. You can send a payment as small as 0.0001 ATTO, and the recipient doesn't need to be online or have an account yet. There's no network fee and no minimum, so you don't have to pad a payment to cover costs. Each account runs on its own chain, so one account's activity doesn't slow down others.

Atto also connects to AI agents through an MCP server. The integration starts read-only: an agent can check balances and watch payments, but it can't spend anything without approval. You set an allowance, and the agent can only pay within that limit. The page shows a clear boundary between read-only access and spending permission.
