When you're standing at a charger that won't work, you simply open the app and point your phone's camera at the charger's screen or your car's display. The app reads the text, analyzes what it sees, and gives you clear, immediate instructions on what to try next. It cuts through confusing error codes and technical jargon.

The app works by using your phone's camera to scan and interpret text from any charger brand. It can translate foreign languages on the screen and highlights information that's relevant to your specific car model. The help is contextual—it looks at what's actually displayed on the screen you're facing and provides step-by-step guidance for that exact situation. A 'predictive charging AI' feature is noted as coming soon.

This tool is most useful for EV drivers who regularly use public charging infrastructure, especially those who are new to electric vehicles or who travel to areas with unfamiliar charger networks. It's for the moment when you're alone at a station, the charger isn't working, and you need help right now. The app is free to install and try, currently available on iOS with an Android version planned.
