Verdict is an AI hiring tool that reads a job description and anywhere from 2 to 50 CV PDFs, then issues a scored, evidence-backed verdict in minutes. Each candidate gets a score out of 30 across six dimensions — Capability, Track record, Trajectory, Influence, Domain edge, and Risk surface — and every claim in the analysis is supported by a direct quote from the CV. The result is a ranked shortlist or a head-to-head comparison you can use with confidence.

To get started, you paste your job description and drop in the CVs. An optional JD Optimizer flags vague or over-specified requirements before any scoring begins.
