It collects the rules, skills, and hooks you've set up, tracks how each agent uses them, and surfaces suggestions when something could be better. The app runs locally on your Mac. All your conversation history stays on your device. It shows a dashboard where you can see what each agent is working on right now, how much of your provider quota you've used, and a list of suggestions for improving your agent setup. For example, if you've repeatedly asked an agent to run tests before marking a change as ready, Blume will notice that pattern and suggest adding a verification rule. You can preview the exact diff, then apply or dismiss the suggestion. The analytics section tracks corrections, steering, and frustration metrics over 30 days, so you can see how your agents are evolving.
