During take-home assessments, candidates get a 'guarded' AI assistant for syntax help and debugging, mimicking real-world developer tools while keeping the test valid. This lets interviewers see how a candidate actually collaborates with AI. After an interview, the Scorecard Assist feature can analyze the session transcript and code playback to draft a structured evaluation, saving the interviewer time.
